Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ottr.run ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

  • You must have a GitHub account to use the Service
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys
  • You must not share your API keys with unauthorized parties

We may also send occasional product updates. You can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. We will not send marketing spam, sell your email, or share it with third-party advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ottr and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you store through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ottr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
